Welcome to 8 Directions Therapy.

Thank you for being here. It takes a lot of self-awareness to be able to recognize places you feel stuck and courage to reach out for help. Mind-body health is not meant to be done alone for you cannot see what you cannot see.

Therapy helps us develop self-insight, self-growth and an expanded perspective anchored in the 8 c's of Self; calm, compassion, curiosity, clarity, courage, connectedness, confidence, and creativity.

A direction guides us along our course in order to reach the destination we want to go. Having said that, the journey of growth and being human is ever-evolving, multi-layered and woven. Rather than a linear path, the 8 directions or 8 c's, act as touch points along our journey.
